At D’Fitness, we’re so excited to be unveiling a new range of fitness classes just for you!

Staying fit and keeping healthy may be tough when you are doing it alone. On dark days like such, it’s easy to fall back into old (bad) habits. Before you know it, you’re right back where you started. Frustration builds and your wholesome lifestyle goes down the drain in a matter of days.

Sounds like something you’re going through? Don’t worry because we’ve got your back.

Here’s a look at the group classes we’re currently offering:

 

Bootcamp

Bootcamp

A popular one; this class is specifically designed to help you get your foot in the doorway to fitness. It is high energy, fast-paced, and challenging for all participants. This will kickstart your journey to fitness, and it will perfectly transition to the next session.

This is a great class if you’d like to see your body changing for the better, right in front of your eyes. Available at different levels so that everyone is part of the adventure, it’s definitely worth a try!

 

Group boxing

Group Boxing

Have you ever wanted to punch someone right in the face? Well, now you can! Just kidding. Sorta.

Group boxing classes are intended for those who want to learn the right techniques for boxing. Bring a few friends/ colleagues/ bosses along and get to know one another better through this friendly activity. Say hello to nice and toned arms, and goodbye to all the stress and frustration from your day at work. Sounds like a good trade-off to us!

 

Yoga

Yoga

Beat that hectic and stressful day you had with a therapeutic session of yoga.

Yoga has been proven to do wonders for our health, minds, and bodies. Think of it as a spa session, except that you’re also actively working your core for better fitness. We are offering this at different levels so anyone can try it out and feel it work wonders from within.

Sports Massage

In addition to Personal Training and classes, we also provide rehabilitation programmes i.e. sports massages.

A sports massage is ideal for treating existing injuries and can be done as a preventative treatment for muscle health and connective tissue, range of movement, symmetry, and quality of posture.

To treat our clients better, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is utilized during treatments. This method of treatment helps better locate and break up scar tissue and adhesions in soft tissue. The M2T-Blade used during treatment has eight unique treatment edges that can treat any area of restriction on the body.
